JL Photography provides professional wedding, couples, family,
and portrait photography services. All services are subject to
availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed
contract and retainer payment.

2. BOOKING & CONTRACTS
A signed photography contract and non-refundable retainer are
required to secure your date. The retainer reserves your date
exclusively and is applied toward your total collection cost.
Specific terms regarding payment schedules, deliverables, and
timelines are outlined in your individual contract.

3. PAYMENT
Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are specified in your
individual photography contract. Accepted payment methods
will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your
individual photography contract. The retainer is non-refundable
as it reserves your date and turns away other potential clients.

5. IMAGE DELIVERY
Gallery delivery timelines are specified in your individual
contract. Images are delivered via an online gallery. The
number of final edited images varies based on coverage and
the events of the day.

6. COPYRIGHT & IMAGE USAGE
All photographs created by JL Photography are protected by
copyright law. JL Photography retains full copyright ownership
of all images.
CLIENT USAGE: Upon delivery, clients receive a personal use
license to print, share, and display their images for personal,
non-commercial purposes. Clients may share images on social
media with credit to JL Photography (@jlphotographyri).
PHOTOGRAPHER USAGE: JL Photography reserves the right to use
images from your session or wedding for portfolio, website,
social media, marketing, print materials, and contest/award
submissions, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to
your event.
Clients may not sell, license, or commercially distribute
images without prior written consent from JL Photography.

7. IMAGE EDITING
JL Photography's editing style is natural, warm, and true to
life. All images are professionally edited in this signature
style. Additional editing, retouching, or filters beyond the
standard editing process may be available for an additional fee.
Clients may not apply additional filters, overlays, or edits
to images that alter the original artistic intent when used
for public display or commercial purposes.

8. LIABILITY
JL Photography is not responsible for compromised photographs
due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but
not limited to: severe weather, venue restrictions, lighting
conditions, uncooperative participants, or equipment failure.
In the unlikely event of total image loss, liability is limited
to a refund of fees paid.
JL Photography carries professional liability insurance.
